This is what seems to prove by Asus. With its latest netbook product, namely Asus 1015E, they tried to prove that netbooks are still sold in the market.
As a netbook, Asus 1015E course is intended for consumers who are looking for inexpensive and lightweight computer products. Netbok is priced at 299 USD and weighs 1.2 pounds. With the light weight, this netbook can be easily carried anywhere.
This netbook comes with a 10-inch screen that offers a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. Nebook is marketed under the operating system Windows 8. For the processor, Asus uses an Intel Celeron 847 processor which has a speed of dual core 1.1GHz and paired with 2GB RAM and 320GB HDD.
This netbook also comes with a 6 cell battery. However, the Asus also provides a netbook that comes with a 3 cell battery which has a thinner size. There are also features such as HDMI, VGA port, Ethernet jack, two USB 2.0 ports and one USB 3.0 port.
